Causes of hair loss bald spots daily hits

You look in the mirror and you're shocked; for the first time in your
life, glaring at you is a very noticeable receding hairline! For some
it is a bald spot in back! I experienced both!
It happened to me! All of a sudden, out of nowhere, a bald spot
in the back of my head!
When searching for a natural cure for hair loss, you need to
stop as much hair loss as possible and fast! Most of us ignore a
receding hairline while we are in denial of a hair loss problem!
But the longer you ignore receding hairlines and other signs like the
beginning of a bald spot, the harder it will be to restore your hair.
I used these hair care tips to help stop hair from falling out even
more while I was doing my cure for hair loss program. I still use
them now.
If you're experiencing receding hair or balding, it
will help to learn good hair grooming and hair care habits to minimize
further loss.
First, always avoid brushing your hair (especially with rough course
hair brushes) when it is wet.
Your hair brush will cause fast
hair-loss as it pulls out the follicles from the roots. Damaged
hair follicles weaken with hot water and if you are already shedding
hair like a sheep dog, unhealthy hair comes out real easy!
If at all possible, use a wide tooth comb and comb your hair through
slowly, especially around hair bald spots and receding area's.
Try not to force through the
tangles which are common when you're trying to stop hair from falling
out! Try to separate the tangles slowly without pulling hard enough to
cause more hair loss.
Most people vigorously "towel buff" their hair during and after
shampooing.
This constant buffing and rubbing will also cause premature hair loss.
Gently massage your scalp when shampooing your hair.
After you have finished rinsing, don't buff your hair like you do your
car on a Saturday afternoon! The rubbing and hot water will
increase your hair bald spot and cause more receding to your hairline.
I usually wrap the towel around my head until the water soaks into the
towel. That eliminates having to do any excessive rubbing.
